During this busy time of year for everyone, the clinic sees an increase in the number of medication refill requests.  We do are best to process your request as fast as we can but please give us up to 72 business hours to get your refill to the pharmacy.

Another note:  *****If your medication bottle says "no refills" please call your pharmacy directly and speak to the pharmacy staff rather than their automatic refill line. Your provider may have sent refills at your last office visit under a new "Rx#" (prescription number) and most computer systems will not match this new Rx# to your old Rx#.
