From MN 23 West

Travel east on Hwy 23 to the Hwy 15 intersection. Proceed east on 2nd St S (This becomes Roosevelt Rd). Go 3.9 miles and turn right onto 33rd St S. Go. 0.3 miles and the clinic will be on the right.

From US Hwy 10

Take the Hwy 23 west ramp. Go 1.7 miles and turn left onto Washington Memorial Dr. Go 0.5 miles and turn left onto Co. Rd. 75 S / Roosevelt Rd. Go 2.2 miles and turn right onto 33rd St S. Go 0.3 miles and the clinic will be on the right.

From Interstate 94

Exit at Co. Rd. 75. Proceed north to 33rd St S. Turn left and go 0.3 miles. The clinic will be on the right.

From MN Hwy 15

Traveling South: Take a left onto 2nd St S (this turns into Roosevelt Rd). Go 3.9 miles and turn right onto 33rd St S. Go 0.3 miles and the clinic will be on the right.

Traveling North: Turn right onto 2nd St S (this turns into Roosevelt Rd). Travel 3.9 miles and turn right onto 33rd St S. Travel 0.3 miles and the clinic will be on the right.
