A medical record is created for every St. Cloud Medical Group patient. Your medical record is a valuable diagnostic tool for the physicians at St. Cloud Medial Group, as it contains your health history. We utilize a common chart approach to maintaining medical records. Therefore, all clinic physicians have access to your chart if required for medical treatment. This allows you to receive the best care possible with each physician remaining up-to-date on your medical care.

St. Cloud Medical Group's business office is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your account. As a convenience to you, our business office directly bills most insurance claims and will help you with any insurance questions which you may have.
